Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Click the My Account link at the top left corner of this page and log in. Your account lists your orders. Click the date of the order you're interested in to view its status.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What about other products normally associated with the blast and paint industry, not listed on your website... can you provide them?
A: Chances are we can still fill your need, such as for dust collector filters. Just give us a call or email us and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements.

Q: Are your products made in the United States?
A: We endeavor to supply only American made products, manufactured by American companies.

Q: Can you provide Special Blast Pots?
A: Yes! Our Pirate Brand can be built to your specifications. We feel there is no other manufacturer more accommodating when it comes to specialized equipment, including abrasive blast equipment.

Q: How are your rat guards fabricated?
A: They are made to order using laser equipment with precise measurements. There is normally a two-week delivery period.
